the receptionist was so helpful, she gave us a triple room with a nice bathtub for my daughter. i found the hotel service great (check-in was swift!). the staff was really friendly and cute. the location is convenient, very close to the city center.
the pillows felt a bit lumpy. i could still sleep fine (but it's worth mentioning!).

The room was clean and well-kept, i noticed it had a big bed and good heating. The shower was spacious enough. the room included a safe and air conditioning for our belongings and comfort and kept the space cool during the day.

The breakfast offered excellent value. I especially liked the fresh scrambled eggs and variety of cheeses and meats available. there was also a good selection of fresh pastries, including cakes, and prosecco on sunday, amazing.

The hotel had a lovely garden patio. I found it was a nice touch to relax after long walks. the bar area seemed quaint and cozy. I enjoyed a glass of red wine there one evening (it was good!).

The location is very convenient. I walked to many attractions. there are shops and restaurants nearby, with convenient access to public transport, allowing easy travel around the city and to the shopping center.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to public transportation options. The room had a comfortable bed , which I appreciated.
The bathroom had a shower over the tub , but there was no shower screen , so the floor got wet. The bath did not drain properly, a bit inconvenient. The room felt a little cold.
